Terms for using this Site.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Axis Clinical Research (“Axis”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of axiscr.com and any related media, landing pages, mobile site, SMS messaging program, or other services linked to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).

  • Attempt to access non‑public areas or interfere with Site operations
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without written permission

6. Forms, submissions, and study matching

Submitting a form or expressing interest does not guarantee eligibility or enrollment. Study availability and inclusion criteria vary by protocol and location. We may contact you to coordinate screening steps, appointments, and administrative updates if opportunities are available.

7. SMS messaging program

If you provide a mobile number and consent, you authorize Axis to send SMS related to screening coordination, appointment reminders, visit confirmations, eligibility updates, and administrative notices. If you separately opt in to marketing/informational SMS, you authorize occasional announcements such as new study opportunities or educational updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

  • Opt‑out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help or contact connect@axiscr.com.
  • Consent is not required to use the Site and is not a condition of services.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on the Site are owned by or licensed to Axis and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any portion without our written permission.
